What to send

Some messages help us fix the site, and those get priority. Others sit outside what an information publisher can do, so please check the list before writing.

• Factual errors in a guide, such as a wrong step in a deposit walkthrough or a broken link.
• Outdated terms, including bonus conditions or app details that no longer match what you see.
• Removal requests for content you believe should not be published.

What we cannot do
